Ruby Realty is a boutique brokerage built around a simple idea — you should work directly with your broker from first conversation to closing table. No teams, no handoffs, no junior agents.
Lindsey Williams
I've been in real estate since 2019 — licensed first in Illinois, now operating in Texas as a licensed broker. Over that time I've closed more than $23M in residential and commercial real estate, founded and ran my own brokerage, and developed curriculum for pre-license education.
Texas has always been home. I grew up spending 16 years in The Woodlands, and after building a real estate career in the Midwest I came back to Austin two years ago. This isn't a market I moved to — it's a market I came back to.
I built a niche working with For Sale by Owner sellers that most agents won't touch — and turned it into a repeatable system. That same instinct — find the inefficiency, build the system, make it work — is what drove me to build Ruby Realty differently.
Ruby Realty runs on proprietary technology I built myself. Every listing gets a full AI-powered marketing suite. Every client gets direct access to me — not a coordinator, not an assistant. Me.
I'm also an approved Broker Price Opinion (BPO) vendor for a national asset management company — meaning lenders and institutional clients pay me specifically to tell them what a property is really worth. Pricing correctly isn't a talking point for me. It's work I get hired to do.

No Junk Fees
A growing number of brokerages now tack on a "transaction fee" or "compliance fee" at closing — on top of commission. I don't. What we agree on is what you pay. No surprise line items at the closing table.
The Ruby Realty Standard
These aren't upsells or premium features. They're the baseline. Every client, every deal.
Direct broker access
You work with Lindsey. Not a team. Not a coordinator. The broker you hired is the broker who handles your transaction.
Attorney review on every contract
A real estate attorney reviews every contract before it's executed. I cover the cost — typically $300–600 per transaction. This is how real estate should work.
AI-powered listing marketing
Every listing gets a full marketing suite — MLS copy, social content, email, video scripts — generated from structured property data and published before the first showing.
Boutique by design
Small roster, high output per client. Ruby Realty will never grow faster than the quality of service it can deliver.
No pressure. Just a conversation about what you're trying to accomplish.
